I started this instrument a few years back with the intention of keeping it for myself. I got caught up in some other paying projects so this bass went on the back burner. I decided I wanted something else for my personal bass so eventually this project was taken off the stove all together. When I moved my shop I came across this body again and rediscovered just how resonant it is (and how beautiful the figure is). I've been keeping it in the back of my mind for a few weeks and finally decided to make it available.

If someone were to contact me today and price out this instrument the total quote would be $3150 plus shipping. I paid over $400 for the top and back wood for this instrument alone. Because I have already started this instrument and the options are limited I will discount the price. This is a very rare opportunity for a short wait, deep discount, double bookmatched top/back, and my only 'full hollow' instrument ever.
